КСК Company set out to developing state services portal for one of Russian Federation entities. In the process of the project development the system of maintaining and mapping state services register is to be realized as well as a number of service functions, namely: filling in document templates online, публикация organizations directories publishing, questions and answers, forum, etc.
In the course of the project development КСК Company relies upon in-house task elaboration, interacts with chief consultant in the sphere of state services rendering online Gridnev V.V. To work out most effective solutions, a number of similar projects and alike solutions in Russia (All-Russian State Information Center, typical solution in Tambov and Saratov regions, state services portal for Nizhny Novgorod region, Tatarstan, Murmansk region, St. Petersburg), Kazakhstan and France were analyzed.
Step-by-step data presentation was used as a basic idea to inform users about state services rendering order:

- Consultations;
- Documents filling;
- Document feeding;
- Result reception;
- Appealing.
