IS "Subsoil Utilization" developed

On behalf of «Petroaljans Service Company Limited» KCK Company has created information system "Subsoil utilization" for Open Society "LUKOIL". The IS "Subsoil utilization" is meant for information and analytical supporting activity of Senior Management of Geological Exploration Work experts in the field of licensing and subsoil utilization. IS "Subsoil utilization" enables users to:
- enter and store data on license fund of LUKOIL Group enterprises;
- enter and store data on license agreements terms, conditions fulfillment, results received, new structures, deposits and their main characteristics;
- enter and store data about subsurface area for planned auctions, conditions of declared auctions, results of auctions;
- enlarge e-documents database;
- carry out auctions monitoring;
- carry out Company license fund monitoring (its state and changes), monitoring of geological objects of distributed (areas within license) and unallotted subsurface areas funds;
- handle the course and results of performing license agreements conditions;
- predict risks and reveal problem situations in activity of subsoil utilizing enterprises;
- receive and render live data of reference character.
IS "Subsoil utilization" is based on Microsoft Company portal product– MS Office SharePoint Server 2007.
System functionality extension and its integration with Geographic Information System are the plans for 2009.
